Victor and I go back a long way, from the good old Alogboshi days in Achimota through UST Kumasi to London. We were both born left-handed but had it beaten out of us at a very young age. Nevertheless we retained our left feet and monopolised the numbers 11 and 10 positions respectively for the Republic Hall, UST Football Team.
We both supported Accra Hearts of Oaks, Tottenham Hotspurs and loved our single Malt Whisky. Living so close to each other, we are always in and out of each others homes. Victor loves to entertain and for him, every summer weekend is barbecue weekend. He loved to bake on Sundays although I dont think he quite got the hang of it. I call his finished product 'break' - a halfway house between bread and cake. Victor likes driving and was the first to master the art of driving his Dad's old Peugeot 304, a rare skill indeed. Since June 08 when Victor fell into a coma, I've put most of my projects on hold pending his return but it was not to be. A bright light extinguished in its prime. A brother, father, husband and friend. I'll surely miss you.
